The Website is exclusively the property of AwardSpring or their affiliates, as applicable. All content appearing or posted (Website Content) is exclusively the property of the Awarding Party.
The AwardSpring Website may be used only for lawful purposes. AwardSpring specifically prohibits any other use of the Website.

The Awarding Party is solely responsible for the awarding process and the criteria for each award.
AwardSpring has no control over the quality, authenticity, accuracy, or legality of offers/awards of the Awarding Party. AwardSpring cannot guarantee the truth or accuracy of the Website Content posted by or on behalf the Awarding Party. AwardSpring is in no way responsible to ensure that the Awarding Party complies with the terms of its award(s) or any applicable law.
AwardSpring Site Security Rules
You may not attempt to violate the security of the Website and violations may result in civil or criminal liability. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited email
- Intercepting or accessing data not intended for you
- Accessing servers or the application without authorization
- Probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities

If your use of any AwardSpring site results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, AwardSpring is not responsible for those costs.
